Dear Colleges,

Our 2023 fiscal year-end continues to approach quickly. As a reminder, the first deadline is around the corner. Requests for sealed Invitation for Bids (IFBs) need to be received by the SSC no later than March 17, 2023. Please see the attached year-end memo for complete 2023 procurement year-end deadlines. For quick reference, below are the next two upcoming deadlines of which to be aware:

Once again, the SSC Travel and Expense team will be available onsite to assist attendees with their expense reporting for the New Horizons Conference at the Hotel Roanoke.  In light of this, the training scheduled for Thursday, 3/23, is canceled.
