Reason:  Procurement Fiscal Year-End 2023 Reminder

Dear Colleges,

Our Fiscal year-end continues to approach rapidly, and the deadline for Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes) is approximately five (5) weeks away on May 5, 2023. Procurement is currently processing more than 20 Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes). Below are three upcoming deadlines of which to be aware. A memo with the deadlines is also attached.

April 7, 2023DPS ApprovalItems over $50k that require DPS Approval
May 5, 2023Unsealed Solicitations (Quick Quotes)Solicitations between $10k - $100k

Once again, the SSC Travel and Expense team will be available onsite to assist attendees with their expense reporting for the New Horizons Conference at the Hotel Roanoke.  In light of this, the training scheduled for Thursday, 3/23, is canceled.
