Payroll Certification Date and Time Changes

Re:          Payroll Certification Date and Time Changes
 
Due to Fiscal Year-End Processing, DOA has published an updated Operations Calendar which reflects changes with the DOA payroll confirmation processing:

To ensure we meet the DOA deadlines, the following changes with the VCCS confirmation (certification) deadlines are required:
  • The bi-weekly payroll for check date 07/28/2023 will now be confirmed (certified) by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, instead of noon on Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
  • The semi-monthly payroll for check date 08/01/2023 will be confirmed (certified) on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 3 p.m. instead of noon that same day.
Please ensure that authorized approvers are aware of the changes and are available for the times outlined above.

Once again, the SSC Travel and Expense team will be available onsite to assist attendees with their expense reporting for the New Horizons Conference at the Hotel Roanoke.  In light of this, the training scheduled for Thursday, 3/23, is canceled.
